Roof Repair Smedway handles Roof Replacement projects across Kaneohe from full tear-off through final inspection, with a written scope you approve before anything is torn down.
We walk Kaneohe homeowners through material options, tear-off scope, and timeline before a single shingle comes off, so there are no surprises mid-project.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Every Roof Replacement crew lead carries current Kaneohe, HI licensing and full insurance.
Local Kaneohe crews mean project start dates aren't pushed out by weeks like out-of-area contractors.
Full written scope and price before any tear-off begins, covering materials, labor, and disposal.
We explain the tradeoffs of each material option in terms that actually matter to you.
Here's the full breakdown of what a Kaneohe Roof Replacement project with us covers.
We never install new shingles over compromised decking — it gets fixed first, every time.
Ice and water barrier gets installed at eaves and valleys per current code requirements.
Architectural shingles are installed to manufacturer nail patterns and exposure specs, not a rushed approximation.
Metal replacement costs more upfront but often outlasts asphalt by decades in the right climate.
Poor attic ventilation shortens the life of a new roof, so we assess and upgrade it as part of most Roof Replacement jobs.
We protect landscaping and driveways during tear-off and do a full magnetic nail sweep before leaving.
A Roof Replacement project involves more coordination than a repair call, so we keep communication clear at every stage.
On-site assessment covers decking condition, ventilation, and material recommendations specific to your property.
Material options and pricing tiers are laid out clearly so you can decide with full information.
Final walkthrough happens before we consider your Roof Replacement project complete.
